Frequently asked questions.

  • You can book tickets for events and camping via our website here.

  • When you camp, you will be able to drop off your tent and belongings at your pitch and then you’ll be shown where to park. We don’t allow cars next to your tent because we want to keep the space safe, pollution and noise free. If you need an extra parking space for your stay, you can upgrade, simply select for one during booking HERE

  • Yes! We welcome camper-vans and live-in vehicles.

We have a dedicated area for them close to our gorgeous shower blocks, and unlike other event organisers, we do not charge extra for bringing them.

Please note - There are no electric hook-ups here at Dreamacres Campsite.

  • Absolutely! Check out availability and pitches on the DreamAcres website HERE

  • We’d love to welcome everybody to have fun at Live at the Baa! We’ve got children’s entertainers and activity packs for little ones (although you are welcome to get one, too – we actually think they’re a lot of fun and we left school a LONG time ago…). They’re full of colouring in, physical activities, wordsearches and MUCH more.

Please note that you are responsible for any children you bring to Live at the Baa.

It is important for you to know that some of our acts may use 18+ language during performances. Every person under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

  • No thank you! Please support our venue so we can keep providing you with amazing live music events.

  • Dogs are welcome (on lead) at the camp site, but not inside The Baa big tent. Please ensure you pick up any mess they might leave. Nothing ruins the vibe like dog poo on your shoes! Please also ensure your dogs are under your control, as there is livestock nearby and there will be children attending during Live at the Baa. If you are bringing your dog, they need a special Dog Ticket at checkout.

Other animals should stay safely at home, please!

  • No, thank you! Fires, flares, fireworks, etc will be extinguished. You are, however, welcome to use small camping stoves outside your tent, or you can use a brazier which you can hire or buy from The Baa. You can also buy firewood from The Baa – we’ll also request that you collect a bucket of water to avoid the spread of fires!

Please do NOT use or bring Chinese Lanterns – these can cause a huge amount of destruction to local wildlife and we are so proud of our beautiful surroundings. If you use fireworks, we’ll ask you to leave the site immediately and we’ll ban you from the premises.

  • We love it when our guests (respectfully) loudly enjoy themselves – but please don’t make a ruckus after 11pm. Not only are we mindful of our neighbours, we’re also dedicated to preserving the sanctity of local wildlife – loud noise throughout the night can be disruptive to our local feathered and furry friends! After 11pm, we wind down the tunes and shift focus onto chilling out and getting rest before the next event!

  • You betcha! But don’t drink and drive, and please leave the site peacefully and respectfully to our neighbours, especially after 11pm!

  • Yes, we accept card payments. But do not accept crypto or NFTs, unfortunately!

  • We encourage visitors to book in advance to avoid disappointment (...and so you can scoop the earlybird prices!)

  • If you’re lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure you’ve got some valid ID on you (e.g. a driver’s license, valid passport or PASS scheme card). We will be operating a strict Challenge 25 policy at Live at the Baa – if you cannot provide ID when prompted you will not be served.

  • We are delighted with our luxury hot, spacious showers. If you have children who need help, you will have all the space you need in our bathrooms.

  • Yes! You can ask one of our friendly bar staff, or fill up at the drinking water tap near the showers.

  • There are no lockers on site, and no mobile charging areas. If you’re in an urgent situation, you may sweet talk our lovely bartenders into charging your phone for you (we suggest leaving them a tip!)

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
